Join us as a Junior Associate Commercial Excellence in our CIG team in Terneuzen.
Within your function you will be part of The Customer Information Group. This is the contact center aimed at supplying information about Dow's products to customers, channel partners, prospects, and general stakeholders.
 
The team receives and responds to escalated requests on behalf of customers and prospects for products and services, whilst sharing information across specific Dow businesses and functions.

Responsibilities:
 
· Be an agent of change by promoting Dow’s reputation, by providing excellent customer service.
· Manage client contact - handle questions and requests of technical / regulatory/ sample / literature etc. from inbound calls/emails whilst giving the best customer service.
· Ensure that all customer enquiries are documented, in accordance with the performance and service standards
· Use business and process expertise to increase the service levels that we provide to the customers
· Be able to manage a complex workload with good judgment on activity prioritization.
· Able to work with different stakeholders/ partners in the organization: Product Stewards, Regulatory team, Sales and Customer Service
· Foster a collaborative environment within the team, focusing on amplifying learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

dit ben jij

Dit zoeken wij in onze Junior Associate Commercial Excellence to be

· Bachelor Degree or relevant MBO4
· At least 1 year of experience working as a customer service employee, an account manager or in a commercial/marketing/sales/communication job
· Fluent in the English and Dutch languages, both written and spoken (C1 level) 
· German language is a big plus but not mandatory
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work on own and as part of a diverse, multicultural team in an international environmen

Associate Tax Specialist
In this role you will be responsible for Indirect and/or Direct Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting for our Spanish Dow companies. You will be responsible to ensure Tax filings are done on time as per legal due dates. By using our up-to-date systems and tools you will be analyzing financial information and translates it into information useful for Tax purposes within a small geography/country or business. You will also support activities related to local tax issues, audits, appeals, compliance, legislative tax policy, and tax planning. Involvement in projects will be part of your development as well.
