Wat doe je als Workforce Administration Representative?
In this role, you will act as primary point-of-contact for workforce administration inquiries (via phone, chat, and eRequest), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders. You will delegate and escalate queries as appropriate, but remain responsible through completion
The role involves tracking progress, providing continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries, and engaging in and driving overall continuous improvement processes (e.g. to reduce inquiry volume).
Additionally, you will engage in improving Service Now Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience. You will also support oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and eRequest queries, etc.)

What are the requirements for this role?
Fluent in English and Dutch, with knowledge of at least 1 language (German/Spanish/French/Portuguese/Italian)
A Bachelor's degree, preferrably in the HR direction
At least 2 years of HR experience
Knowledge of Dutch HR practices / conditions would be an added advantage

We offer a longterm full-time position, where you get the opportunity to develop yourself in the field. You will receive a competitive salary, which is based on your CV. In addition, commuting costs are reimbursed at €0.19 per kilometer (max. 75 kilometers one way) and, if applicable, you will be reimbursed for the Westerscheldetunnel passages at a T-tag rate. You have to purchase the T-tag yourself.
