Heb jij de ambitie om Junior Recruiter te worden?

· Support the hiring managers with find the best talent for their outstanding Campus requisitions by applying different sourcing tools and various communication techniques.

· Understanding the Early Career Hiring needs and translate those expectations in attractive job descriptions and translating this into a tangible recruitment strategy.

· Collaborate with Talent sourcers and external vendors to catch the right talent pools.

· Ensure flawless and timely communication with Hiring managers, Vendors, prospects, and applicants.

· Take the lead and be the key contact between Hiring managers and candidates during the salary offer process.

· Identify and drive Strategic Recruitment opportunities for (future) improvements.

Due to your persuasiveness, creativity, and team spirit, you reach the scarce target group for Dow. You are 100% committed to your core recruitment activities. You can easily balance between working independently and collaborating with your colleagues. You work in a structured and smooth way between different stakeholders. To make this position a success, you must have:

· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.

· Post new jobs and update existing jobs to source applicants through different online job portals, social media portals.

· Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.

· Plan phone interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible.

· Engages with third party providers to establish, develop, and review the suite of services in assigned discipline(s)

· Provides information and insights across HR to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline(s)

Dit zoeken wij in onze Junior Recruiter to be

  • · Proven work experience as a junior recruiter or similar role at least for four years
  • · Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field
  • · Hands-on experience with Recruitment techniques (e.g., sourcing interviewing and offer conversations)
  • · Familiarity with HR Recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • · Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and effective time-management abilities
  • · Skills & expertise in MS Office
  • · Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • · Proficiency in English is required. Spanish and French language skills (B2 written and spoken) is beneficial!
  • · Prior experience with Workday is nice to have.
