For the Dow Benelux Integrated Center B.V. in Terneuzen we are looking for a Customer Service Representatives with excellent knowledge of the Turkish language (CSR). As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for the customer. You help the customer during the entire order process, from order entry and follow-up of orders to the delivery of the product. With your customer-focused mentality you help us deliver excellent services to our customers worldwide, day in and day out.
A typical day at the office: Before you drink your first cup of coffee of the day, you will see the first emails appear. A customer from Germany informs you that they are waiting to unload their truck because they have not yet received the correct certificates. You look it up in the system as quickly as possible and send it to the customer so that they can unload their truck. Around 10:00 you have a coffee break with your team, in which ideas for improvement and experiences are discussed. A number of customers come to visit the DBIC and together with your team members you will have lunch with them. In the afternoon you sit down with a new colleague who recently joined the team. You have been designated as a 'buddy' to answer all his questions and to be a mentor at work. Just before you end the day, you'll see an email from a customer asking for the availability of a product. You immediately contact your Scheduling colleagues to check if the product is available so that you can inform the customer about the status. A few minutes later, the customer's order appears.
- You have at least an Bachelor diploma and preferably comparable work experience;
- You have excellent communication skills in English and Turkish (minimum C1 level);
- You have lived or/and worked in Turkey;
- Experience in Customer Service is a must;
- If necessary, you are working on a valid work permit;
- You are a true multi-tasker and team player with strong planning and organizational skills.
It would also be a big advantage if you: Have experience or affinity with SAP and Excel;
